NFTS FICTION FILM 1st YEAR PROJECT - 2023

​

"Eleven" is a short fiction film about the relationship between a very young mother and her daughter, and how their connection is rocked by the daughters first period on her 11th birthday. 

We observe a shift from sweet childhood into a young adolescence, and how that affects each character individually.

The pastel colours in a rural England reflect the end of childhood

Location shoot done almost in it's entirety in one location.
